What You'll Do As a member of the client care team, you are one of the primary people our customers interact with. Your role is to help them feel so excited about and confident in our services that they will want to remain lifelong clients. You’ll also help our clients manage their tax documents, address their concerns and move their cases from start to finish by being the bridge between them and our tax pros. Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing knowledgeable assistance and guidance on tax related matters • Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and information required for accurate tax filing and/or tax resolution and follow up on outstanding issues • Address client concerns, questions, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies • Maintain detailed and organized client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance • Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure that client cases are handled efficiently and effectively • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text that leaves a customer with a feeling of being noticed and taken care of personally and professionally • Other duties as assigned Skills • Welcoming and warm personality that demonstrates genuine care for customers • Is comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and all organizational levels • Strong sense of ownership • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize a shifting workload • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude • Must perform well independently as well as in a team environment • Proficient in Google Workspace • Basic financial literacy • High school diploma required • Bachelor's degree preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off • Paid training • Tuition reimbursement Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities Schedule: • 8 hour shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
