Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries. • Assist customers in navigating Delta’s website and mobile app. • Resolve issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts. • Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction. • Document customer interactions and update records in compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
