Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause, and providing effective solutions. Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately. Provide customers with detailed information about Amazon’s products, services, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and communicate trends in customer feedback to help improve Amazon’s processes and offerings. Uphold Amazon’s commitment to customer-centricity by going the extra mile to meet customer needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computers, with familiarity in navigating online tools and systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenging situations. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills: Experience with e-commerce platforms or working in a retail environment. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with Amazon’s products, services, and policies is a plus. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or Zendesk. Work Environment: Remote or onsite options are available based on location and role. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace are required for remote roles.
