Â Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Â Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Â Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Â MUST HAVE AT LEAST A YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE. Â Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required. Â Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home. Â Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. Â Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
