In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and various issues they may encounter before, during, and after their flights. Key Responsibilities • Provide courteous, efficient, and personalized assistance to passengers utilizing various methods including phone, chat, and email. • Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades, ensuring accuracy and adherence to airline policies and procedures. • Handle customer concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve satisfactory outcomes. • Inform customers about airline promotions, loyalty programs, and additional services, encouraging participation and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Document and maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in CRM system. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on finding solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction. • Proficiency in using computer systems and office applications for data entry and communication purposes. • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all times.
