Description: Â Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of six direct reports across sales, account management, and strategy. Â Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Amazon to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals. Â Serve as the primary senior executive contact for Amazon, driving joint business planning. Â Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Â Analyze sales performance and key metrics to track progress against goals. Requirements: Â 11+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on e-commerce or consumer goods. Â Strong expertise in Amazon's ecosystem, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Amazon Ads. Â Proven ability to lead and manage both direct and cross-functional teams in a complex organizational structure. Â Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Â BachelorÂs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
