Job Summary We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Responsibilities - Handle cash transactions accurately - Provide exceptional customer service at all times - Assist with sales and upselling of products - Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently - Support kitchen staff with food preparation and service - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area Restock anything and everything at daily basis. Qualifications - Experience in cash handling is preferred - Strong time management skills - Knowledge of retail math concepts - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for order accuracy - Previous experience in a café ,fast food or kitchen setting would be beneficial Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20  36 per week Language:  Bilingual (Required) Shift availability:  Day Shift (Required)  Night Shift (Required) Ability to Commute:  San Antonio, TX 78219 (Required) Ability to Relocate:  San Antonio, TX 78219: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Apply Job!Â
