Job Overview Revol AV Inc is actively seeking an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in a part-time, fully remote capacity. This pivotal role will focus on overseeing our daily financial operations, which include bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Additionally, you will contribute to administrative and operational tasks that enhance our workflow and overall service delivery. You will also work closely with the CEO on various key initiatives. This position presents significant opportunities for career advancement, with the potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance and business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Flexible Work Hours: Enjoy the freedom of a part-time, remote role requiring 5-15 hours per week, allowing you to design your own schedule. • Bookkeeping: Execute daily bookkeeping responsibilities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage invoicing and payment collections to ensure seamless financial operations. • Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and processing of payroll. • Vendor Management: Facilitate vendor payments and maintain comprehensive records. • Financial Support: Provide assistance with financial reporting and data entry as necessary. • Administrative Support: Handle various tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation to support the CEO and enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and managing daily financial operations, preferably within a small business environment. • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software. • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize effectively. • Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Basic understanding of financial reporting and compliance regulations. • A willingness to learn and adapt to new industry-specific skills. Qualifications • Proven background in bookkeeping and financial management. • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms. • Strong organizational and communication abilities. • A proactive, solution-driven mindset. • Basic knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
