This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building new connections, securing high-value clients independently, and generating business without direct support or lead data. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales and client acquisition, working on a commission-based compensation of 20% on the released revenue. Responsibilities: • Identify, research... and target potential clients in the IT sector independently. • Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to secure business without any lead data provided. • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure a consistent sales pipeline. • Take full responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the management team. Requirements: • Proven experience in business development, specifically in the IT sector. • Track record of successfully acquiring clients independently, without data or leads provided by the employer. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to take complete ownership of the sales process. • A commitment to achieving results and a willingness to work on a commission-based arrangement at 20% of released revenue. • Compensation: This role offers a 20% commission on released revenue for each new client acquired and managed successfully Apply Job!
