Job Summary Newscape Studios owns a variety of YouTube channels, amassing nearly 30 million total subscribers creating original animations and content on games such as Fortnite and Minecraft. The studio creates a vast array of videos for a wide audience... NewScape Studios is looking to add Freelance video editors to their creative and talented team. The ideal applicant will have a strong knowledge using Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects and Photoshop. This position is ideal for video editors with a working background in video production, specifically editing and sound design. The right person will be expected to edit narrative animations and Machinimas from start to finish, including cutting scenes, forming intricate soundscapes, and adding special effects. Editors must be able to adapt to a variety of workflows and maintain established style formats per channel. It's imperative that candidates show a willingness to learn, hard work ethic and knowledge of gaming and media. All applicants must be able to manage their time and be self motivated. The main objective of the candidate is providing aid wherever necessary for the editing team and the office as a whole.
