As an Education Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between enrolled clients, their families, and school districts. About Us... We believe in holistic care for teens, addressing mental health struggles within the family system. Our approach combines traditional therapeutic methods with innovative interventions, fostering sustainable change even after discharge. From personalized sessions with our board-certified psychiatrist to creating a nurturing environment, we prioritize each family's journey toward healing. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between enrolled clients, their families, and school districts. Ensure clients can attend remote schooling through compliant teleconferencing platforms. Facilitate educational groups, document progress, and offer light tutoring. Monitor online activities, uphold technology use standards, and manage resources. Develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs aligned with Mission Prep values. Document clients' educational progress in electronic health records. Supervise students during classes, ensuring safety and compliance. Provide updates on clients' educational goals during clinical sessions. Adapt the learning environment to meet individual client needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education or related field required; Master's preferred. Minimum 1 Year Of Experience In Education-related Environments. Passion for aiding individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and crisis intervention skills. Proficiency in technology and collaborative tools. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment. Successful completion of background checks.
