Title: Document Reviewer Location: Des Monies, IA... Duration: 4 months Work Engagement: W2 Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: The Customer Identification Analyst will participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to execute assigned operations. Familiarize self with policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives. Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners. Responsibilities: • The Underwriter will be responsible for reviewing Customer Identification documentation entered into the DocuSign portal by customers and will evaluate whether the documentation is acceptable or non-acceptable based on written guidance that supports the CIP Policy. • The Underwriter is responsible for updating the system of record accurately that instructs the corresponding teams to take necessary action. • The worker will respond to corresponding team with applicable information needed for escalation resolution. Qualifications: • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. • Knowledge of Customer Identification Document reviewing is preferred. • Experience in workflow tools. • Previous experience in Financial Services or other regulated industry is preferred. • Experience of DocuSign or equivalent document review platforms Apply Job!
