Profile: IT Infra Assistant (Back Office IT Support Role). Budget:: 35k p.m. max Area: Richmond Town Bengaluru Industry: IT-Related Previous Exp: 1-2 yrs Timing: 9.30 am to 6 pm (Mon – Fri) – Onsite, no Travelling needed besides Onsite Work. Outstation Allowed: (No Relocation Assistance Provided). Education: Graduate/Diploma Mandatory – B Tech /B E preferred. • Provide hardware, software, and network support through telephone, email, or remote tools, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution to employees [PAN India] • of Clients. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software and hardware components, including computers, notebooks, printers, and telephone handsets. • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and OneDrive to ensure seamless user operations. • Handle data backup (both offline and cloud) and restoration procedures, ensuring data integrity and security. • Manage and maintain the ticketing tool, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and closure of support requests. • Oversee IT assets, including allocation, return procedures, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. • Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with users and stakeholders. • Be open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable to new technologies and methods as part of continuous professional development. • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Hindi primarily, as client’s employees are present PAN India.
