The Jito Foundation is an organization with the broad mandate to promote the adoption of Jito Network products, including JitoSOL, the largest DeFi protocol on Solana. About the Role

At the Foundation you’ll work alongside a lean, experienced BD team to continue the growth of the Jito Network.

Jito has a strong presence in North America and Europe but will look to you to lead efforts to grow the network in Asia. Your main focus will be working with exchanges, custodians, and prime brokers to integrate JitoSOL. You will also own the staking relationships in Asia with both current and prospective holders. This may include HNWI or institutions such as trading firms and liquid funds looking to mint and hold JitoSOL. Lastly, you will work closely with our local ambassadors to grow Jito’s community in Asia.

• Eager to make a high-impact contribution to Solana and Jito’s growth.
• Experience with Solana and its related ecosystem.
• Deep familiarity with crypto institutional players and products.
• Superb communicator and strategist, capable of defining a clear vision.
• Self-motivator who can work and progress long-term goals with minimal supervision.
• Strong English required, Mandarin fluency preferred.
