About the position

The Digital Asset Coordinator position at Aston Carter is a pivotal role within the marketing department, focusing on the management and organization of digital assets for R/Etail partner sites. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all digital assets are readily available and accurately displayed on these partner sites. This involves creating comprehensive asset management documentation, including procedures and guidelines that can be shared with the broader team. The role emphasizes the importance of maintaining the integrity of the company brand, ensuring that all assets comply with strict branding standards. Additionally, the coordinator will track incoming assets and distribute them according to the management tools used by each individual R/Etail site. The position requires a blend of hard and soft skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with experience in managing a large volume of digital assets. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and experience working within a Digital Asset Management system are also beneficial. On the soft skills side, the ideal candidate will be extremely organized, possess excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to make informed decisions that enhance processes and procedures. The role demands strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a contract position lasting for six months, with a hybrid work schedule that includes both on-site work in Kohler, Wisconsin, and remote work. The coordinator will report to the Manager of Retail Digital Operations and will frequently interact with the R/Etail syndication team, the Digital Asset Management team, and marketing merchants. Regular communication with R/Etail partners is also a key aspect of the role, as the coordinator will manage their online catalog content and special orders.
