Job description
Culligan Water of New Jersey is seeking dynamic candidates to join our talented and friendly office staff. We are currently looking for office staff that can work remotely.
ABOUT CULLIGAN:
Culligan has over 85 years of experience in the design and distribution of water purification systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are growing aggressively and is among the largest water purification companies on the East Coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based on your background and areas of interest, you may be asked to help with:
- Customer service - phone and texting.
- Contact customers regarding balances
- Billing support
- Sales support
- Improving operational efficiencies
- Special Projects as they arise.
This is an amazing 40 Hour per week Full-Time job, Monday-Friday. 8AM-5PM.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn, with strong problem-solving skills.
- PC proficiency & ability to learn new computer systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
- In person training with our NJ staff in West Orange and Sparta NJ
- A basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
