This remote role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert within the assigned territory, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing technical issues.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for diagnostic imaging systems, resolving service issues quickly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage service calls and updates.
- Travel extensively 75% to client locations for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and communicate potential sales leads to the sales team.
- Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging equipment repair, with Siemens MRI expereince.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
