Job title: Full-time Data Entry Clerk (Data Entry /Invoicing/Packaging) in Bartlett, TN at R-Dent Dental Laboratory Company: R-Dent Dental Laboratory Job description: The full-time Data Entry Clerk helps get our dental customers' prescriptions entered in our lab software so we can make their dental products (eg crowns, dentures) as quickly as possible. R-dent Dental Laboratory is the biggest privately-owned dental lab in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. We manufacture dental prosthesis such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, retainers and more by using the latest in dental manufacturing technology.Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-8:00pm (This is a temporary position with the limited duration of two to six months, but candidate has the potential to be offered another position within the company at the end of this time frame.)Starting pay: $15-16/hour startingResponsibilities & Duties:The Data Entry Clerk's primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting doctor's prescriptions for dental prostheses (e.g. crowns, bridges, dentures).
• Accurately entering data into the electronic database for each prescription and invoicing cases for billing purposes.
• Photographing, packaging, and/or cleaning cases.
• Using multiple types of software, including Microsoft Office applications and Magic Touch dental laboratory software.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per day) as well as reach and bend.
• Ability to read prescriptions/case information, sort cases, take and save pictures, box cases and enter data into database accurately.
• Must be able to follow instructions accurately (including our Quality System work instructions)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to self-manage and work efficiently with low supervision.
• Dependable and punctual.
