Job title: Data Entry Specialist in Memphis, TN - Florida at Dolphin Ears Company: Dolphin Ears Job description: We need you as an ideal candidate that possesses excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and accurately with large volumes of data. The focus of the role is to input and maintain accurate and up-to-date information into our computer systems and databases.Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input data into company databases and systems to ensure integrity and availability of information.
  • Perform regular data updates and maintenance, including verification of data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries based on data processed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and confirm necessary information for data entry tasks.
  • Respond to queries related to data entry and provide support to team members as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of data entry operations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in using data entry software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of database management and reporting tools.
Desired Experience:
  • 1-4 years of experience in data entry or related role preferred.
  • Experience in handling large volumes of data and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in a corporate environment or administrative role is advantageous.
