Airbnb Cleaner
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb and Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and rental properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks , including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping duties such as laundering linens and towels, as well as cooking when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and sanitize effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
