Job Title: Sr. Linux Operations Support Engineer Location: Redmond, Washington (4 Day Onsite 1 Day Remote)-Locals Only Duration: 6+ months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION About Job: The Opportunity: As a Sr. Linux Operations Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in system monitoring, hardware troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of system issues. What You'll Do: Monitor and maintain the health of Linux-based GPU clusters and nodes. Analyze system event logs and monitoring portals to troubleshoot errors. Work proactively to ensure maximum uptime of clusters. Coordinate repairs and communicate effectively with global teams. Engineer and optimize hardware monitoring platforms and support processes. We Need Someone With: 5+ years of hands-on Linux/Ubuntu system administration. A strong background in technical support operations. Experience with Nvidia GPU and CUDA troubleshooting. Proficiency in running GPU benchmarks and diagnostics.
