Community Moderator: M-F 12am-8am PST

Community Moderator (Contract | Remote | 12am–8am PST | Monday-Friday) About the Company: Stan is the Shopify for Content Creators, empowering anyone to make a living working for themselves online. We're a team of high-performers backed by the top VCs (Forerunner, Pear, and Norwest) and angel investors (Kevin Hartz, Michael Ovitz). We spend our days working with the Internet's biggest Creators, helping them build their businesses and freeing them up to pursue their creative passions. We’re launching something big with one of our top partners and need a high-energy Community Moderator to help us manage the digital Community tied to the launch (hosted directly on Stan)! What You’ll Do - Welcome new members with energy and warmth - Answer questions (or flag them to the team when needed) - Share key insights and feedback with our internal team - Create a positive, supportive environment throughout the launch ✅ Requirements - Experience moderating online Communities (Discord, Circle, Slack, etc.) - You’re organized, reliable, and can move quickly when needed - You write clearly, with personality - Quick on your feet and great with people Bonus: Experience with Creator/online Community launches or solopreneurs.
