- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and activities in our computerized systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English and other languages as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in support or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enhancing our service to diverse clientele.
