About the position The Fraud and Cyber Crime Advisor role at Concentrix is a customer service position focused on supporting victims of fraud and cyber crime. Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from victims of fraud and cyber crime. , Gather relevant information for subsequent investigations. , Record all information accurately onto the systems. , Provide professional and caring support to victims. , Escalate issues when necessary to ensure appropriate support is provided.
Requirements
Experience in customer service, preferably via telephone or face-to-face. , Strong IT skills to accurately record information. , Excellent listening and questioning skills. , Attention to detail is essential. Nice-to-haves Previous experience in a contact center is preferred.
