Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. 3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. 4. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective online sales strategies, including promotions, discounts, and product launches. 5. Lead Generation: Generate leads through online research, networking, and other lead generation methods to expand the customer base. 6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth. 7. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market insights. Qualifications: Previous experience in online sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in using online sales and marketing tools. Self-motivated and target-driven. Knowledge of technology products and solutions is a plus.
