- Ability to work a 3 weekday/2 weekend day schedule
- Open to going in-person for Lowell, AR office for 1st shift. Comes along with pay increase
#1 Objective: Providing Service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You will be helping truckers who need roadside assistance. Your specific duties will include: Call Center / Customer Service
- Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers that call in
- Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
- Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
- Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
- Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require.
Skills required: Call Center / Customer Service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to move fast fix problems and be nice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Work from home experience preferred
- History of great attendance
- Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
- PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
- Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously.
- Strong technical skills.
- Must be articulate and professional
- Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification.
