Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. ? Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Skills ? Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. ? Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. ? Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. ? Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for specific roles within the healthcare sector. ? Strong computer skills, including experience with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
