The funnel is built. The content is loaded. Now we need YOU to bring the traffic. What You’ll Do: Launch & manage Facebook and YouTube ads targeting cold traffic Build & optimize campaigns to drive booked calls for our sales team Test creative angles, hooks, and video ad variations Monitor performance and improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS Work directly with the founder on messaging, funnel performance & landing page optimization Recommend audience targeting strategies for lead quality and conversion You’re a Fit If You: Have run paid traffic for high-ticket offers ($3K–$20K+) Know how to optimize campaigns for booked calls (not just leads) Can write strong ad copy and guide creatives (UGC, reels, video ads) Have experience with Facebook AND YouTube ads Are fast, proactive, transparent, and data-driven Understand retargeting, funnel stages, and attribution Compensation: Fixed Rate/Hour + Commission Performance bonus available (based on ROAS) Potential to scale into long-term or in-house growth role KPIs You’ll Own: Cost per lead (CPL) Cost per booked call (CPA) Ad spend to call conversion rate Creative performance data (hook, scroll-stopping, CTR) Bonus Points For: Experience working with AI/tech offers or automation tools Familiarity with GoHighLevel, VSL funnels, or ClickFunnels Having scaled campaigns from $2K to $50K/month in ad spend Having a portfolio or case studies showing results How to Apply: Email [your email or application link] with: A few lines on why you’re excited about this offer 2–3 examples of past ad campaigns you’ve scaled (CPL or ROAS metrics appreciated) Your availability to start We're aiming to onboard someone in the next 7 days.
