Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound customer service calls for a leading healthcare payments company, to assist and answer questions around medical payment processing, statement inquiries and other customer support needs. Responsibilities: • Provide inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company. • Consistently provide a great customer experience. • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining professional and courteous. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Reliable internet connection and a designated quiet workspace. • Experience in the healthcare or telecommunications industry is a plus.
