Job Summary Jake?s Unlimited is seeking cashiers for our general admission and event departments. We are looking for energetic, determined and reliable people to join our team. We are committed to providing an unforgettable experience for each of our guests, and that experience starts at the front desk! Responsibilities ? Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile ? Trustworthy and responsible ? Accurately handle cash or credit transactions ? Be attentive to guests wants and desires and suggest products that will enhance their visit ? Monitor and maintain the front entrances ? Provide guests with fast, friendly, and accurate service ? Assist with game cards, party or event check in ? Follow all policies and procedures to insure guest safety ? Be able to inform guests about height requirements for rides, dress policy, or current specials Qualifications ? High urgency, high energy, positive, enthusiastic, self-driven, accountable, and dependable ? Obsessed with providing great guest service ? Committed to going above and beyond ? Able to listen and genuinely care about the guest experience ? Determined to help make Jake?s Unlimited the place for fun ? Able to be yourself and have fun ? Ability to maintain a positive, guest first attitude ? Work at a steady pace ? Available on weekends and holidays ? Reliable and punctual ?
