Job Description

Reporting into the Regional VP and head of Preconstruction, the Preconstruction Manager - Commercial Construction will be responsible for the following: ? Responsible for handling the bid process ? Lead a complete project cost evaluation ? Develop detailed scopes of work ? Understanding of differential pricing and when to use different unit costs ? Ability to assemble and present a complete presentation ? Ability to prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies ? Participate in client meetings and actively present and review estimates ? The Successful Applicant The successful Preconstruction Manager - Commercial Construction will have the following attributes: ? 8+ Years of Estimating and Preconstruction Experience ? Experience as an Estimator on large Commercial or Multifamily projects - $10M+ ? A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related-field is preferred ? Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities ?
