Experienced Laborer

About the position The Experienced Laborer position at Earth Resources Corporation involves working collaboratively with a team to execute civil development plans. This hands-on role requires physical strength and adaptability to various weather conditions, as the laborer will be involved in multiple tasks throughout the day at different construction sites. Responsibilities ? Work with colleagues to implement civil development plans. , ? Perform various tasks as assigned throughout the day. , ? Report to a project superintendent and assist in preparing ground for construction. , ? Complete tasks directed by the Foreman in a timely manner. , ? Maintain and clean work areas. , ? Perform shoveling, raking, and demolition work as required. , ? Work safely and assist others in adhering to company policies. , ? Operate paving equipment and/or perform labor tasks. , ? Observe and control the distribution of paving material to eliminate voids at curbs and joints. , ? Keep the screed accurately adjusted and maintain material quality. , ? Setup paver, screed, and rollers for paving operations. , ? Match all paver joints and maintain consistency during paving. , ? Perform strenuous manual labor on projects, including preparing surfaces for paving. , ? Assist in patching asphalt. Requirements ? Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks. , ? Ability to work in various weather conditions. , ? Experience operating paving equipment is preferred. , ? Familiarity with construction site safety protocols. Nice-to-haves ?
