Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern or Customer Service Representative (Front Counter) to join our growing team. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed! Key Responsibilities: • Follow AlphaGraphics LeadFLow and Net Vision Program (Training provided) • Properly greets the customer in person or over the phone • Properly processes callers through the Store phone system • Is thoroughly familiar with the AlphaGraphics Customer Bill of Rights • Identifies customer printing and duplicating needs • Recommends additional value-added services • Quotes turnaround from the “standard turnaround chart” • Accurately enters correctly priced estimates and orders in POS System • Follows up on estimates, asks for orders • Enter orders in POS system • Handles cash, check, or credit card transactions and deposits at front counter • Verifies order accuracy and pricing • Notifies customers when order is completed • Handles customer complaints; forwards to management when appropriate • Maintains front counter cleanliness, preparedness checklist • Maintains front counter filing systems • Logs new customer contacts for future follow up • Takes complete messages for team members • Refers customers to inside sales rep when appropriate • Develops customer’s trust by taking interest in the success and timely completion of their projects • Must perform in a professional manner at all times • Must have positive, can-do attitude with willingness to find solutions for projects • Printing and Sign industry experience would be a big plus • Print Smith Vision experience is a big plus or CSR will be trained • Help Bindery and other departments as assigned time to time What We Offer: • Comprehensive Training: We provide all the tools and training you need to succeed in your role and grow your career in sales. • Industry-Leading Benefits: Enjoy competitive benefits, including Paid Time Off (PTO), 401(k) plans, and Health Insurance. • Career Growth Opportunities: As part of a national network, AlphaGraphics offers endless opportunities for advancement and professional development. • Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a team of passionate professionals who are committed to your success. • Flexible Schedule: We offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your needs. Qualifications: • College degree or currently enrolled in a degree program in sales or Communications. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Understanding of CRM, SEO and basics of sales processes. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. • Basic computer and AI tools skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. • Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative. • No prior sales experience required—we’ll train you!
