AV Delivery Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Engineer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role will focus on video conference technology and digital signage engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Teams, Korbyt signage, The Neat Company video conference products, and Polycom products. The role will also provide local escalation support and North American delivery leadership for complex conference rooms. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and support video conferencing solutions using Microsoft Teams, The Neat Company, and Polycom products. • Develop and manage digital signage solutions using Korbyt software. • Provide local escalation support for video conferencing and digital signage issues in the Plano area. • Lead the delivery of complex conference room solutions across North America. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of video conferencing and digital signage systems. • Provide escalation support and troubleshooting for video conferencing and digital signage issues. • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in video conferencing and digital signage technologies. • Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff on the use of video conferencing and digital signage systems. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
