Social Media Specialist Location: Addison, TX (remote Fridays) Duration: 12 month contract with possible extension/conversion JOB SUMMARY This role combines expertise in social media analytics with trend monitoring and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to inform decision-making, monitor social trends across platforms, and provide actionable recommendations to ensure stays timely and relevant. This individual will also support content and community management initiatives, ensuring alignment with ’s global social strategy.

Responsibilities

Social Media Analytics: • Use social media management and analytics tools (e.G., Hootsuite, TikTok Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Insights) to monitor performance across platforms. • Track and analyze global social media metrics, extracting insights to inform campaign strategies and improve performance. • Conduct quarterly social media performance reports across global markets and share actionable recommendations for improving effectiveness. Social Trend Monitoring and Strategy Support: • Research and monitor global social media trends across all major platforms (e.G., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Groups) to identify timely opportunities for to engage authentically and strategically. • Collaborate with internal creative team to ensure social content aligns with platform-specific trends and brand objectives. • Develop recommendations for proactive participation in trending topics, challenges, and conversations relevant to ’s brand and audiences. • TikTok Content and Community Management: Manage TikTok content and community interactions, fostering meaningful engagement and responding to comments. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and guide the production of relevant, on-brand content that reflects social trends and resonates with target audiences, including TikTok. • Use TikTok Analytics to track performance and optimize future campaigns. Collaboration & Communication: • Partner with internal teams to align platform strategies with ’s global social media goals. • Provide regular updates on industry news, global trends, and competitive analysis to teams, ensuring these insights complement broader social media trend tracking and strategy development. • Share insights and social media performance updates to ensure collaboration and alignment.
