Certified Nurse Assistant PRN

USPI Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood is seeking a motivated Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. We have 6 OR rooms and 2 Treatment rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Spine, Urology. We are looking for a candidate to be available Monday-Friday, schedule subject to changed based on surgical schedule and flow of day. Candidate needs to be available for some early mornings and later evenings. Job Summary: The CNA's duties will include stocking Recovery Room bedsides, dressing patients, walking patients, assisting patients to the bathroom, answering call lights, answering phones and, assisting RNs as needed. This roll will include transporting patients into the vehicles once they are discharged, Screening Questionnaires, cleaning/making beds, wiping down bedside areas, preparing linen bags if needed, monitor food supply level, stocking nourishment area and reporting when food is needed to be ordered. #USP-123 #LI-CM1 Required Skills: Required Skills • High School Graduate/GED. • Active Nursing Assistant certification. • Current BLS certification. • Hospital/ASC experience preferred.
