Product Owner (Uruguay or Argentina) - Full-time We are looking for a Product Owner (from Uruguay or Argentina) to join our team who has responsibility for engaging with customers to collect and organize requirements for the solution to be built. As an essential member of our agile scrum teams, the Product Owner has the ability to understand and document the problem rather than focusing on the solution, leaving that to the team. Key Responsibilities
  • Working within a development team following Agile practices.
  • Direct interaction with business, stakeholders and development team, managing adequate communication with each area.
  • Evaluating requirements and how they provide value to the core business.
  • Properly prioritize backlog items.
  • Review Test Cases for User Stories and perform Acceptance Testing.
  • Perform Demos of product to stakeholders.
  • Document features and applications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong English communication abilities, oral and written. Role requires communication with native speakers, ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Formal knowledge of Agile Methodology.
  • Technical skills.
  • Salesforce experience/knowledge.
Nice to Have
  • Formal QA knowledge, different types of testing and how to perform them or developer experience.
  • Marketing notions.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical university.
  • Flexibility to occasionally meet client on PST hours.
