The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. This role requires a strong understanding of home and auto insurance, market trends, and sales processes. A successful Insurance Agent will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. • Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate coverage options. • Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to provide informed recommendations. • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and policy changes within the sales administration system. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; prior experience in insurance is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools for managing client information. • A valid insurance license will be required in P & C, Health & Life; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential.
