Full-stack Python Engineer

Join Provectus as a Senior Full-stack Python Engineer/ Consultant and lead the implementation of cutting-edge cloud and AI solutions. In this role, you'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic consulting skills to deliver transformative results for our clients. Responsibilities: • Build and manage RESTful APIs, and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask. • Work with the client to proactively identify other use cases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, and ML engineers to deliver high-quality products. • Build a UI for the API with React/ Vue so that non-technical consumers can use it (for instance, a search bar, filters, etc.). • Profile and optimize Python code to enhance performance. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Stay updated with the latest Python and AI technology developments and propose innovative solutions. Requirements: • Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript programming. • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns. • Experience in building RESTful APIs and servers with frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask. • Proven experience in optimizing and profiling Python code for performance. • Understanding of microservices architecture and related patterns. • Proficiency in AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway. • Strong experience in AWS RDS like SQL or NoSQL databases, etc. • Familiar with React or Vue and ability to handle UI tasks and support basic frontend applications. • Solid software engineering skills, with the ability to produce well-structured, maintainable code. • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Upper-intermediate or Advanced English skills. Nice to Have: • Knowledge of generative AI and experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation. • Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
