Responsibilities
Leads designated reporting processes and assigned projects involving data import tools, Google Big Query, and documentation. Responsibilities: Identifies data trends, makes recommendations for improvement, designs and implements solutions. Determines and maps existing business processes/functions and recommends changes to improve within current integrated systems. Coordinates across teams to ensure consistency and optimization of the overall work product. Suggests and creates solutions, improvements, and efficiencies in data quality. Writes complex SQL and develops complex visualizations in Tableau. Within scope of jobs, requires critical thinking and problem solving skills. Must be able to work well with a team.
Requirements
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences 2+ years working with SQL and Tableau development experience. 2+ years of developing, demonstrating, and supporting technical solutions. Healthcare experience is preferred.
