This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Position Summary: The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying applications into the Affinity database.** Duties and Responsibilities: • Key paper applications into the Affinity database • Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy • Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed • Assisting when needed with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members • Work with management to address/suggest any systematic opportunities/issues Education and Work Experience: • High School Diploma, college preferred • 1-3 years of related experience Knowledge and Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position. • Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times. • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to multi-task, follow up and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail Hours Required: 8:15-4:45pm* (may require periodic overtime)* Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
