Location: Temple, TX Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (M-W-F) | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Rate: Competitive, based on market Job Details: We are seeking a DOT-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our urgent care team in Texas for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and be comfortable handling a mix of occupational health and urgent care services. Responsibilities:
- Perform Pre-Employment and Work Physicals
- Conduct Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals
- Evaluate and treat minor illnesses such as colds, flu, sore throat, and cough
- Provide care for minor injuries, including cuts and abrasions
- Collaborate with on-site physicians, office managers, and a supportive team of MAs and RNs
Requirements:
- Active DOT Certification
- Local candidates are preferred
- Nurse Practitioner License in Texas
