About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Facilities Manager to join our operations team. As a Data Center Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing data center operations, including power, cooling, and network systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Center Operations: Monitoring and managing data center operations, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture.
- Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for all data center equipment.
- Infrastructure Upgrades: Coordinating with IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing data center performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in data center operations and management.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent leadership and team management experience.
