Network Developer 3
Entity: Oracle America, Inc. Job Duties: Supports the design, deployment, and operations of a large-scale global Oracle cloud computing environment (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - OCI). Primarily focused on development and support of network fabric and systems through a combination of a deep level understanding of networking at the protocol level coupled with programming skills to support the intensive automation required to operate a production environment. As OCI is a cloud-based network with a global footprint, this support will include hundreds of thousands of network devices supporting millions of servers, connected over a mix of dedicated backbone infrastructure and the Internet. May telecommute. (385.33067) Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Network Developer-related occupation. Position requires:
- Routing: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP - iBGP and eBGP, RIP, PBR, MPLS, L3VPN, MP-BGP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/UDP, OSI Model;
- Virtualization technologies including VMware ESXI, KVM;
- Circuit augmentation for Ethernet, SDH/SONET based circuits;
- Ansible, Python, Puppet, Salt; and
- OS: Windows & Linux Networking.
