Job Title: HR Data Entry Coordinator Location: Remote Duration: 1 Month Position Summary: HR Data Entry Coordinator is a frontline team member that, under general supervision, will manage the export and upload of performance related documents for Danone s corporate population. This role demands careful consideration of sensitive information related to performance at employee level. Job Duties: • Access employee performance related data and export as PDF document • Ensure naming convention of generated files follows expected format • Import documents to employee records, ensuring document contains data pertaining only to that record • Monitor and track tasks assigned while auditing for accuracy • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Preference for candidates with 1-3 years of experience • supporting employee records maintenance. Relevant experience may include roles • supporting HR Shared Services, Employee Transaction Management, Master Data, • Accounts Payable/Receivable, Quality Assurance, and/or records keeping. • Strong level of attention to detail and correct any potential issues within defined guidelines or process. Self-audits work to ensure accuracy. • Ability to organize high volume of work in a logical way to ensure the most efficient processing of information and adherence to a service level agreement. • Ability and knowledge of how to manage confidential information. • Strong desktop computer skills, ability to effectively navigate web-based solutions and use MS office suite for routine tasks like email, managing spreadsheets, and word processing. Basic proficiency in using MS Excel to review and audit large amounts of data required. Ability to manipulate, sort, organize and use basic formulas within MS Excel spreadsheets required. • We are willing to train a candidate with the right aptitude and willingness to learn.
