Job Title: HRIS Specialist Location: Full Remote Reports To: AVP Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Specialist to join our HRIS Department. This role will focus on the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS, specifically ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and the ADP Workforce Management Platform, for time and attendance. The HRIS Specialist will collaborate with the HR System Administrator to support HR processes, automated tasks, enhance data integrity, role-based training and automation. Candidate should be well versed working in multi company environment, with ongoing mergers and acquisitions and setting up new groups of employees in the systems, through registration and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update the Workforce Now (WFN) HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Assist in onboarding new affiliates, uploaded bulk data in system. • Document HRIS processes, guidelines, and training materials for users. • Setup approval paths, automated tasks, role-based tasks. • Work with HRIS automating reports and automating training materials to be sent automatically for promotions and transfers. • Conduct JIT training. Process Documentation. • Power BI, Visio experience. • Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics. • Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and new functionalities, coordinating testing and user training. • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and serve as a point of contact for user inquiries. • Document HRIS processes, guidelines, and training materials for users. • Stay current on HRIS best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements. • Support data migration and integration efforts between HRIS and other organizational systems. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, OR equivalent experience. • 3 Years ADP Workforce Now (WFN) admin experience. • Project Management Skills. AI Tools a plus. • Power BI, Visio /SharePoint experience a plus. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR and other departments. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
