Responsibilities: • Provide real-time assistance to clients via live chat, answering questions about photography services, pricing, and bookings. • Guide clients through the process of scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling photo sessions. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online galleries, digital downloads, or account access. • Assist clients with selecting photography packages, add-ons, and premium services. • Address and resolve customer concerns (e.g., delivery delays, editing requests, or session adjustments) during live chat interactions. • Process orders for prints, albums, and digital files while ensuring accurate billing and delivery details. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team (e.g., photographers, editors, or logistics) for resolution. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and reference. • Upsell additional services (e.g., retouching, framing, or themed photo packages) during live chats. • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone at all times.
