Job description You will lead a team of engineers while making key decisions that impact a broad range of cross-functional partners. Your role will remain technically hands-on, involving close work with code, technical details, and data. You ll contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments. You ll be expected to discuss bugs and technical challenges in-depth and represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings. You will collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML, while also engaging with external customers. In this role, you ll help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects. You ll have the opportunity to create a multi-year roadmap, lead the design and execution phases of software development, and oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry. Minimum Qualifications: Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints. Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically. Clear decision-making based on data rather than intuition. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, global team, fostering collaboration, and supporting your engineers. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of engineering management experience.
