Job Overview: As the New Product Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our product vision into reality. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the end-to-end product development process, ensuring that each product meets our quality, pricing, and timeline expectations. You will take a predefined product vision and source, vet, negotiate, and finalize suppliers to bring the product to market. Your success will be measured by your ability to launch 10+ high-quality products within 3 months, secure top-tier suppliers, and drive 4.5+ star reviews on Amazon Responsibilities: • Product Development & Supplier Management • Own the execution of the entire product development process from sourcing to purchase order proposal. • Identify and vet suppliers that align with our product vision, focusing on quality and scalability. • Conduct intro calls with suppliers, communicate detailed product specifications, and assess sample quality. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best deals without compromising quality. • Propose final supplier and product selection for approval before placing purchase orders (POs). • Ensure on-time delivery of samples and production orders to maintain development timelines. Execution & Quality Assurance • Manage the simultaneous development of 10+ products within a structured 3-month launch cycle. • Ensure that each product meets our high-quality standards and is positioned to achieve 4.5+ star ratings on Amazon • Oversee supplier performance to ensure consistent product quality, compliance, and efficiency. Requirements: • 2-4 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. • Proven ability to negotiate pricing and supplier terms effectively. • Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and ensure product specifications are met. • Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset for quality control and supplier vetting. • Experience working with Amazon/e-commerce supply chains is a plus.
