Call Center Representative - Remote Opportunity

Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments. ? Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs. ? Provides solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) -- always presenting the most accurate product and service information. ? Maintains professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale ? Enters data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call. ? Responding to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience. Requirements: ? 2 ? 4 years of Call Center experience in ? Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing ? An upbeat personality that is driven for success ? Demonstrates a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time ? The ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure ? The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment ? Knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM ? The ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner ? Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback ? Must be results and goal-oriented ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Hours: Hourly wage: $15/hour, plus commission and bonuses Work schedule: Monday through Friday 9.30 am through 6pm CST Technical Requirements You Must Have: ? High-Speed Internet (minimum requirement 100 Mbps download) ? Windows Operating System ? i5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of ram (12gm preferred) ? Printer/Scanner ? Computer or Laptop with a camera and speakers ?
